User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you ("User" or "Client") may access and use the services of our cryptocurrency exchange platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions in this Agreement.

Our Service enables users to exchange digital and fiat currencies securely and efficiently. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order. You are solely responsible for the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including email and wallet information.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity. Transactions associated with illegal platforms such as CommEx, Garantex, Tornado Cash, Hydra, Grinex, Blender.io, Lazarus Group, Genesis Market, ChipMixer, Sinbad.io, Iranian services, and other sanctioned jurisdictions are strictly prohibited. Such transactions will be blocked immediately.

3. Transaction Verification

All transactions are subject to automated and manual verification under our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies. We may request identity verification documents and additional information regarding the source of funds. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation and suspension of funds.

4. Identity Verification

If requested, you agree to provide:
- A valid government-issued ID and a selfie with the document
- Details about the origin of funds, wallet screenshots, and supporting materials
The list of required documents may vary depending on the case.

5. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, processing times may vary based on network conditions, risk level, and verification procedures. In case of flagged transactions, processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. If verification is successful, funds will be returned to the original account. Refund requests without completing identity verification will not be accepted.

7. Risk and Liability

We do not guarantee the availability, stability, or security of any third-party services used in the exchange process. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and you assume full responsibility for your transactions.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data, including IP address, email, wallet details, and transaction history, for the purposes of compliance, security, and customer support. Data may be shared with law enforcement authorities upon official request.

9. Transfer Splitting

Sending multiple transactions in a short timeframe may trigger a security check. You may be asked to explain the reason for split payments and complete identity verification before funds are released.

10. Risk Category Thresholds

Acceptable risk levels for incoming transactions are as follows:
- **0%** for: Darknet, drugs, child abuse, stolen cards, extortion, human trafficking, weapons, fake documents, illegal services, high-risk or sanctioned jurisdictions, terrorism, scam ICOs, and similar.
- **Up to 10%** for: Precursor substances, money laundering, cracked software, stolen databases, paramilitary groups.
- **Up to 25%** for: Mixing services, online marketplaces, and crypto bridges.

By using our Service, you agree to all terms set forth in this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our exchange platform.
